What if I need to cancel or I'm going to be late?

We understand that things come up. If cancellation is 24 hours or less from your appointment time, you could be subject to a fee of 20% of the price of the services booked. If arriving late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we may need to reschedule if other guest's appointments would be affected.

What happens when I purchase a Groupon offer?

For online booking, select the Haircut Package or Blowout Package for the offers available on Groupon. Groupon vouchers are valid for first time guests only. Valid only for option purchased. All services must be used by the same guest. Additional charges may apply depending on length, texture, and density. All Groupon vouchers are redeemed at the scheduled appointment time. (No shows and late arrival's vouchers will also be redeemed.) 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Groupon vouchers will be redeemed at original appointment time if notice is not given.

How do I schedule an appointment?

We can't wait to see you! You can schedule an appointment on this site by clicking the Book Now page or anywhere you see "Book Now". You can also call or text us at 407-986-6171 and we will gladly set up your appointment for you.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is due at the time of each appointment.

What if I am not satisfied?

Amy and Ashley are experienced professionals that will conduct a thorough consultation at the start of every appointment. We call ourselves Q&A because we believe that asking questions and being on the same page with all the answers leads to a great experience and beautiful hair. If you are not satisfied with your service, just let us know! Whether you are in still in the studio, or after you get home, just let us know within a week of your service and we will be happy to make it right for you.
